If for any reason you are unhappy with the coffee you ordered, all you need to do is complete one simple step.
Email us at greatvibes.@vibecoffee.com.au, provide us your order number and give us a quick reason for being unhappy with our product. We need this feedback to improve our products and services.
Once we receive your feedback, we will respond with two options…
- You can select another product that we will send to you at no charge to you (this includes delivery costs)
- Or if you prefer not to try another product, we will provide you a refund
Refund Eligibility:
Vibe is happy to refund your money if the Coffee Bag is unopened and in saleable condition.
Vibe will reimburse you the funds in the same way you made the purchase. For example, if you payed by using Afterpay, Vibe will credit your Afterpay account.
The Most Common Reason for Returns = Vibe Coffee Pods don’t fit the machine:
The most common reason people request a return is because the Vibe coffee pods do not fit into the coffee pod machine. Vibe coffee pods are designed to fit all Nespresso® capsule system machines.
If you are a first time customer with us, we urge you to review the Nespresso® Machine Compatible page (on our site) to give you the confidence our coffee pods will fit your coffee pod machine.
The Nespresso® Machine Compatible page shows you pictures of the Nespresso® coffee pod and compares it to the Vibe coffee pod. If your Nespresso® coffee pod looks like the Vibe coffee pod, then we have a match! Meaning, our pods will fit into your coffee pod machine.
This page also lists the Nespresso® Machines where the Vibe coffee pods fit into.
